Paul Soult

Paul has been a member of the Philadelphia business community for over 20 years. Prior to joining the Newpark Team, Paul helped raise millions of investment dollars from private equity and venture capitalists for local business in various stages of growth. He served as a principal partner in a Bucks County consulting group doing business as Soult Consulting.

Paul has worked on several extensive capital expansion and improvement projects, mergers and acquisitions, operational and financial analysis, and long-term business planning and venture capital fundraising.

Many of the companies he consults with have contractual relationships with government entities, giving Paul a great familiarity with, and extensive knowledge of, government contracting in both the public and private sectors.

Paul has also been involved as a principal of a residential and commercial title insurance firm where many multi-million dollar title transactions were completed by one of his subsidiary firms, LA Land Transfer, who was in partnership with the immensely successful Lubert-Adler organization.
