Warren Simons

Warren has over 15 years of financial and operational experience in the service industry and real estate markets. He was responsible for providing management direction for his ventures including negotiating acquisitions, conducting due diligence, securing large scale financing and developing financial plans and budgets.

Before joining the Newpark Team, Warren oversaw several operating car washes located throughout Pennsylvania and New Jersey, in addition to real estate projects that ranged from a 92 unit apartment building to a 69,000+ SF industrial building located on the waterfront in Norristown, Pennsylvania. Warren graduated from George Washington University with a B.B.A. in Finance.
