The focus of Newpark Capital Partners is to find opportunistic and value-added investments and real estate operations.

The experience and vision of its management team will aid in the discovery of potential value in overlooked or underperforming assets so that they may create value in both commercial and residential real estate opportunities.

Newpark will focus their value creating strategy on property types that include office space (including medical), retail space (including grocery anchored strips, power centers, and community centers), free-standing net leases (such as fast-food, banks, and pharmacies), and select multi-family homes (such as condo conversions and “stuck” condos).

Newpark’s geographic focus of these property types will be primarily in Philadelphia, the Pennsylvania suburbs, the Delaware and Lehigh Valleys, and select counties in New Jersey. Over the past 20 years, these select areas have been the foundation for the experience behind the Newpark Team that allows them to anticipate market turning points and take advantage of market conditions.
