Elio Colavita

Elio has over 17 years of experience in real estate financing and development. Prior to joining the Newpark Team, Elio served as a Principal for Realty Capital Advisors, a real estate private equity firm, which he co-founded in 2002, in addition to founding and overseeing all aspects of Colavita Development Company.

He also was a commercial real estate lender for over 10 years, working for PNC Bank and other lenders in the area.

During his commercial lending years, Elio was responsible for over $1 billion in real estate financing and syndications. Elio graduated from St. Joseph’s University with a B.S. in Finance.
